which operates on different hardware than the standard DJ Touch 1.

The ATGR DJ Touch 1 Deluxe (DJT1d) is a budget-friendly, wireless MIDI controller with a color touchscreen, purpose-built for DJ software using an affordable and widely available microcontroller platform (ESP32 S3).
The DJT1d is a less “DIY” option since it comes fully enclosed in a case. It also features a larger capacitive touchscreen with a higher resolution and increased memory. As a result, the DJT1d can offer additional functionality compared to the standard DJT1, but these features come at a (slightly) higher price.
Due to its different architecture, the DJT1d requires its own software module.
Important:
- This product includes software and documentation only. It does not include the required hardware.
- The DJT1d uses Bluetooth 5 and works with modern computers, including all Apple ARM-based systems and iPhone/iPads released in 2021 or later.
Apple computers with Intel CPU’s will NOT connect to the DJT1d.
Support on Windows and Android is less consistent; while it may function on those platforms, ATGR does not officially support them due to limited Windows expertise.

The demo follows the exact same setup process as the full modules and transforms the ESP32 S3 board into a stem controller, featuring drum control on Deck 1 and bass control on Deck 2.
